moncheoPR.com

Last year I started my first blog where my purpose was to review PR eateries. It partly came out of the fact that one cannot find any objective reviews of PR’s restaurants. Apparently – if one is to go by what’s written in newspapers and magazines – ALL PR restaurants are AWESOME and offer IMPECCABLE service.

Not true.  At all.

So I said, I’m gonna review wherever we go to eat. So that’s what I did. Along with posting about our own cooking activities at home or with friends and family. And so was born www.moncheoPR.com. I did it anonymously. Well, mostly at least. Some friends knew. Recently I decided to stop the anonymity and just write and sign it. Kinda freaky, but what the heck.

What I am trying to do now is move the moncheoPR posts from Typepad to WordPress. Copy/Pasting is working magnificently. But I will have to individually re-save all the pics if I want them to be visible in large form once I close down the Typepad account.

So there you have it. I haven’t written much in moncheoPR for a while. Until today when I wrote the most recent post about a visit to Jose Enrique’s restaurant not so long ago. But I shall continue putting up stuff as I go along. moncheoPR will be mostly about eating out and anything regarding dining in PR. This one will be mostly for my stuff and the such.

Hope you enjoy it and if there’s a spot you’d like me to visit and write about my experience, let me know.

¡Buen provecho!
